ABDUL QUYYUM AHMED M.D

Mr. Abdul Quyyum Ahmed, M.D., is a Family Practice Specialist based in Orlando, Florida. He graduated with honors in 2005 and completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2012. Before that, in 2005, he opted for a residency program in General Surgery and completed exams from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He is experienced in family medicine and its full scope including preventive medicine and chronic condition management like diabetes and hypertension. He takes a special interest in minor trauma, wound care, and minor office procedures. He has also served in Long Term Care Facilities, Acute Rehabilitation Units, and in Intensive Care Units within hospitals.

Dr. Ahmed has been affiliated with several hospitals including Baptist Health Madisonville, T J Samson Community Hospital, Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. He has also cooperated with other doctors and specialists in several medical groups including Baptist Health Madisonville, Community United Methodist Hospital, Inc, and Orlando Health. He is currently licensed to practice medicine at MultiCARE Family Physicians in Kentucky and Florida.

With his vast experience and skill set, Dr. Ahmed is excited to move to the central Fl area along with his wife and three children.
