Dr. Radley Griffin, M.D.

I started Griffin Concierge Medical in 2008 because I really wanted to build a full service primary care practice where my patients would feel welcomed.The membership model we have created at Griffin Concierge Medical allows me to spend more time with patients and really get to know them.

These close patient relationships are personally important to me and are the foundation of exceptional care.I grew up in Ocala, Florida. My father is a pharmacist, who still runs his own, family-owned pharmacy.

When I was younger, I saw how much people trusted my dad, and I really valued it. My five brothers and I have all followed the path into healthcare, which I think speaks to the nurturing personalities in our family.

Before starting Griffin Concierge Medical, I worked as the sole emergency department physician at Shands Hospital and at a large family medicine practice in Manhattan.

I learned that traditional medical practice wasn’t for me because it didn’t allow me to really engage my patients.

I am pleased that our unique approach to primary care has been met with a lot of interest and enthusiasm in the South Tampa community.
