Stacey Hendricks is a doctor of physical therapy and a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Hendricks specializes in women’s health and pelvic health in adults and pediatrics. She treats conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and bowel and bladder dysfunction.
As a specialist in women’s health, she provides comprehensive physical therapy care for women throughout the lifespan from first menstruation through post-menopause.
She has earned Certificates of achievement in Obstetrics and Postpartum Physical Therapy and provides specialized care for pregnancy and postpartum-related back pain and orthopedic injuries, abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti), and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunctions.
Dr. Hendricks has additional specialty training in manual therapies of Gynecological Visceral Manipulation and Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Dr. Hendricks is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section on Women’s Health and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
She is a national teaching assistant to licensed physical therapists with the APTA Section on Women’s Health and a lecturer to physical therapy doctoral students at Mount St. Joseph University as well as to local community members
