Cassandra Finch PAC

Mrs. Finch is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong background in sports medicine and orthopedics, worker’s compensation claim management, and general medicine.

As an undergraduate, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester – Rochester, NY in May 2010.

After graduating, she moved on to manage the clinical research program in the emergency department at Strong Memorial Hospital, specializing in traumatic brain injury (TBI), pediatric, and NICU studies as well as clinical FDA trials.

Cassandra received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Midwestern University- Glendale in November 2014. Upon graduating, she relocated her family to Oregon and began working full time as an Occupational Medicine PA.

During her time in Oregon, she discovered her love for holistic medicine and the role that mindfulness and mental health plays in overall wellness and recovery.

She comes to MIH with a wealth of knowledge in medicine and wellness and a passion for helping her patients become the best version of themselves. Cassandra has a deep love for the outdoors and new adventures.

When she is not working, she can usually be found spending time with her two dogs outside, hiking, taking photos, spending time at the dunes in her Can-Am, and participating in off-road racing with her husband.
