David J. Lee, M.D.

Dr. David Lee has practiced at Southern Indiana Surgery since 2001 and lives in Columbus. His practice focuses on advanced laparoscopy of the gastrointestinal tract, including bariatric and general surgery.

He has performed more than 900 bariatric procedures, and he is the medical director of the Columbus Regional Health Bariatric Center and the chairman of the Columbus Regional Health Cancer Committee.  

Dr. Lee is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the Association for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is married with two children.
