Dr. Justin Michael Garzone

Dr. Garzone is a board-certified internist that graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed internship and residency through Seton Hall University at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Prior to medical school, Dr. Garzone completed a biology degree at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. During summers while attending undergrad he worked as a laboratory technician from 1999-2003 for LifebankUSA (now part of Celularity), a stem cell banking, therapy and research company, due to an interest in the future of stem cell therapies. He has practiced medicine in South Carolina for the past ten years.

Dr. Garzone has experience with general internal medicine, critical care medicine, hospitalist medicine, geriatrics, chronic pain and rehabilitation, opioid addiction, hospice, palliative care, preventive medicine and alternative medicine. His practice settings include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care and post-acute care. He has had several medical directorship roles and has received a Physician of Excellence Award. He is a member of the AOA, AMA, ACP, ACOI, SCMA, AAPL, SHM, ACHE and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists and Society of Hospital Medicine.

Originally from NJ, he started running competitively at age 6 and was a college cross-country coach. Dr. Garzone is excited to be involved with therapies that truly help people without medicine or surgery.
