Dr. Thanh Ho Taylor

Dr. Taylor was brought up in Alief, TX. She completed her graduation from Alief Elsik High School and then pursued her bachelor's degree at the University of Houston. She accomplished her degree as Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine located in Fort Worth. Dr. Thanh Ho Taylor is also the founder of Foundation Primary Care, P.A.

Dr. Taylor received her board certification in Family Medicine after she completed her training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

She has been residing in Katy, TX since 2001. She lives with her ever-supportive husband and youngest son, who attends Creech University. The two older sons have added the UT Longhorns family and the UNT Mean Green family to our UH Cougars family.
