After five terrific years in community mental health, I'm excited to join Southlake's mental health community as Progressive Psychiatry's newest physician. Children and teens grow through unique developmental stages; it's important that mental health providers use these as checkpoints and guides to build individualized treatment plans for the whole family. Limiting medications is important and I believe in our group goal: "the lowest effective dose for the shortest amount of time." Teamwork is powerful and I aim to build teams of motivated parents, energetic patients, active educators, and collaborating health providers so that my kiddos can reach their maximum potential.
