How much do I need to clean my teeth while wearing braces?


You should brush your teeth at least four times a day—after eating and before sleeping.

Am I required to visit my regular dentist while wearing braces?


Yes, you will need to maintain checkups and cleanings with your regular dentist.

Am I able to participate in sports or instruments when I have braces?


Yes! We recommend wearing a mouth guard.

Is it painful to wear braces?


Wearing braces doesn’t “hurt” per se, but your teeth may be sore for a few days following adjustment appointments.

If my child has a morning appointment, can I drop them off?


We ask that parents check-in before dropping their child off.

How frequently do I need to schedule appointments?


Generally, you will be asked to schedule an appointment every 5 to 10 weeks for monitoring.

How long does treatment take to complete?

Is it too late to get braces as an adult?

As I grow, will my teeth become straight?


No, they will not, since the space available for your front teeth does not increase.
