What is the mode of payment?


At EVA, the following modes of payment are available: GCash, PayPal (Mastercard/Visa/American Express), MediCard.

Can I cancel my appointment?


Yes, you can! However, take note that consults canceled will not be refunded. You can use your consult credit with us for next time and arrange a rescheduled appointment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?


You need to have a stable wi-fi connection and have the Zoom app downloaded into your device.

I have already consulted a general physician for my concern, can I be seen by a specialist?


Yes! You can still follow the steps to creating an account at Eva. Message us on Facebook or send us an email at [email protected] so we can match schedules with our esteemed specialists.

What happens after I’ve successfully booked an appointment?


Once your booking is successful, you’ll receive a unique Zoom link for your video consult. Our PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN or GENERAL PHYSICIAN would be happy to meet you and help you with your concern.
