FAQs

Can I join if I’m currently on MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment)?

Yes. We support clients who are participating in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) when it is clinically appropriate. Our team works collaboratively with medical providers to ensure medications are safely integrated into the overall treatment plan.

Do you provide individual and group therapy?

Yes. Our programs include a combination of individual therapy and group therapy. Individual sessions allow clients to work one-on-one with a therapist on personal challenges, while group therapy provides peer support, shared learning, and skill-building in a supportive environment.

Can I transition from PHP to IOP?

Yes. Many clients begin treatment in PHP and step down to IOP as they make progress. This gradual transition allows individuals to maintain strong clinical support while increasing independence and returning to daily responsibilities such as work, school, or family life.

How long do outpatient programs like IOP and PHP last?

The length of treatment varies depending on each person’s needs, progress, and clinical recommendations. Most Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) typically last 2–4 weeks, while Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) often continue for 4–8 weeks or longer. Our clinical team regularly reviews progress and adjusts the treatment plan to ensure each client receives the appropriate level and duration of care.
