It can be difficult to navigate the ups and downs of life. Creating and maintaining relationships can feel overwhelming and scary. Sometimes you may need help finding your way through the experiences and circumstances that life throws your way. Amanda’s  goal is to help and encourage you to work through and cope with the challenges in your life and become a healthier and happier version of yourself.

 

 
Amanda has  a bachelor’s degree in family and gerontology and a master’s degree in clinical counseling. Amanda is a Christian Counselor and an LPC Candidate. When an individual becomes a medical doctor they are an intern, then a resident, then a medical doctor. When a person becomes a therapist they are an intern, then a candidate, then a fully licensed clinical psychotherapist.She is in the candidacy stage which means she has finished school and test and now she’s getting hours under the supervision of an LPC Supervisor.

Jack is a Christian Counselor and Clinical Psychotherapist. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. He enjoys working with couples and individuals of all ages from children to senior adults.

 

Jack Smith has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Ethics, and a master’s degree in Counseling, both from Mid America Christian University, in Oklahoma City.

 

Jack worked at Mid Del Youth and Family Center, working with students in the Midwest City and Del City area. He began working in group homes as a houseparent and activities coordinator.

 

Jack has received certification to administer The First Offenders Program, working with teenagers that have been arrested for the first time, and works alongside OJA serving juveniles that need mental health services as a requirement for completing probation.

 

Jack has over 7 years of experience facilitating the mental health needs of children, teenagers, and young adults, and prefers to work primarily within the Reality Therapy framework along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
