Laura Yedwab is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® with more than 17 years of experience helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life through the Feldenkrais Method®. Based in Kirkland, Washington, she serves clients throughout the greater Seattle area with personalized Functional Integration® sessions and Awareness Through Movement® lessons.

Laura completed an intensive 800-hour, four-year Feldenkrais Professional Training Program and has continued her professional development with more than 1,400 hours of advanced Feldenkrais education. She has also served as a trainer and assistant for multiple international Feldenkrais training programs.

Before becoming a Feldenkrais Practitioner®, Laura spent over 20 years in the technology industry, including leadership roles at Microsoft, where she managed the Natural Language Group. She also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from MIT.

Laura specializes in helping individuals experiencing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, improving posture and balance, enhancing athletic performance, and increasing mobility. Her compassionate, client-centered approach focuses on developing body awareness and teaching efficient movement patterns that promote lasting comfort, confidence, and well-being.
