Her clinical interests include all aspects of women’s health but Dr. Streicher has a particular interest and expertise in menopause and sexual health. Dr. Pederson is the Director of the Medical Breast Program at Cleveland Clinic and Associate Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

She maintains Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sharon J. Parish is a Professor of Medicine in Clinical Psychiatry and Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College and the director of Medical Services at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Westchester Division. She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College of Union University, completed her residency in Internal Medicine at George Washington University Hospital, and behavioral medicine fellowship at New York University/Bellevue Hospital Center. Dr. Parish is an internal medicine physician, a fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), and a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner. For 22 years, she was a clinician educator on the faculty of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the clinical staff of Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, NY, where she had a large primary practice and an array of teaching and administrative responsibilities. Currently, her internal medicine practice focuses on behavioral health, menopause, and sexual medicine for female and male patients at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City.

Dr. Parish has a special interest in practice, training, and research in behavioral health, sexual medicine, and menopause. She has designed many educational programs on sexual health, menopause and more. She has authored many publications and online materials on an array of related topics. Her academic activities have also included participation in international and national society committees and consultantships; lectures, symposia, and web-based educational programs; and national and international society leadership roles.

She is past president of ISSWSH, chair of the ISSWSH Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee, and was chair of the ISSWSH Education Committee from 2002-2014. Dr. Kagan is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist, a graduate of New York University and the Albany Medical College of Union University. She completed her internship-residency at the University of California San Francisco in 1982 and thereafter was on the full time faculty at UCSF. Subsequently, Dr. Kagan was in private practice in Berkeley, CA and since 2005, she has been practicing gynecology and doing clinical research with the Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation. Dr. Kagan continues to teach medical students and residents and is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences, University of California, San Francisco. In addition to her gynecology practice, she was previously co-medical director and principal investigator (PI) for multiple clinical trials at the Foundation for Osteoporosis Research and Education (FORE) in Oakland, CA, and now serves on the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board of American Bone Health (ABH). She is also a PI on numerous women’s health clinical research trials with the Jordan Research and Education Institute (REDI) of the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Sutter Health Research Institute. Dr. Kagan is the author or co-author of numerous publications in peer reviewed journals and is on the editorial board of Menopause. She is often an ad hoc reviewer for many other journals including the Journal of Women’s Health and The Journal of Sexual Medicine.

She is a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) and is certified by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry (CCD). She specializes in gynecology with particular focus on gynecologic surgery and women's health issues including menopause, bone health, female sexuality, and female cancer survivorship. She serves on many committees developing standards for many of these women’s health issues. She is actively involved in many professional organizations including the North American Menopause Society, where she served as treasurer and a member of the NAMS Board of Trustees 2006- 2012 and continues to participate as a committee member. She is also on numerous committees of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and the International Menopause Society (IMS). Thomas Herzog, MD, is the deputy director of the University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute and is professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UC College of Medicine.

Dr. Herzog graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1986. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati in 1990 and a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, in 1993, before becoming a faculty member at Washington University and then director of the gynecologic oncology fellowship program. In 2004, he became the director of the division of gynecologic oncology at Columbia University.

Herzog is a National Institutes of Health- and American Cancer Society-funded researcher with over 200 published manuscripts. He’s also been a member of a number of national professional societies including the American College of Surgeons, for which he is also on the elected board of governors, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, among others. Herzog is also editor-in-chief of the journal Gynecologic Oncology Research and Practice in addition to being the editor and on the editorial boards for a number of other peer-reviewed journals.

A professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and director of Gynecologic Ultrasound at New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Goldstein also serves as the president of The International Menopause Society. He is past president and Fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, and a past president of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). He is a past chairman of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), New York Section. Dr. Goldstein’s pioneering work in menopausal and perimenopausal ultrasound led him into the design of uterine safety studies for several Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators. He was author of THE ACOG Technical Bulletin “Ultrasound in Gynecology” as well as the author of their practice guidelines on SERMs (Selective Estrogen Receptor Moderators). He has served as the liaison physician from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology to the Women’s Health Imaging Panel of the American College of Radiology. He has been an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. In 2016 he received the Clarkson Award from NAMS for lifetime achievement in menopause research. In 2019 he received the Joseph H. Holmes Clinical Pioneer award from the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Dr. Goldstein has published seven books on women’s health topics and authored more than 60 chapters in textbooks as well as over 80 original research articles. He is one of the most highly recognized and regarded individuals in the field of vaginal probe ultrasound worldwide and has been a guest faculty member, invited speaker, visiting professor or course director over 400 times throughout the United States and the world.

Dr. Goldfarb is an attending physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center with dual academic appointments on the Breast Medicine Service in the Department of Medicine and in the Health Outcomes Research Group in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She clinically manages, treats and provides comprehensive cancer care, education and research for breast cancer patients. She has an expertise and interest in young women with breast cancer and the unique challenges they face. Dr. Goldfarb also performs survivorship research to improve quality of life in women with breast cancer and survivors of the disease with emphasis on long term health and quality-of-life issues. Specifically, her research focuses on characterizing and improving the negative effects of breast cancer therapy on women's reproductive and sexual health. By studying the impact of treatment on fertility and sexual function, she hopes to enhance the scientific understanding of these important issues leading to improved outcomes for patients. Dr. Goldfarb is the PI on several ongoing clinical trials and served as the past Chair of the Scientific Network on Female Sexual Health and Cancer.

Dr. Fitch is board certified in obesity medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics. She became a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2012, and prior to that practiced primary care full time before switching to obesity medicine.
