Megan Leser MSN, FNP C

Megan was born and raised in Pennsylvania. After she graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science and went on to earn a second Bachelor of Science from Drexel University in Nursing.She worked for 6 years in a busy Emergency Department in Virginia Beach while simultaneously earning her.

Masters in Science in Nursing from Duke University. Megan went on to work in family practices in North Carolina and Virginia, following her husband’s military career. Ms. Leser is excited and very happy to settle down in Annapolis as her husband is now stationed at the Naval Academy.

Megan received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2019.

Her Ph.D. focus was on finding the simplest and clearest ways of helping people understand their health and medical problems. In particular, she wants to empower people on their journey to achieve and maintain overall well being.

In the field of medicine, she has special interests in adolescent medicine, health promotion, holistic care and natural remedies

Outside of medicine, she is happily married with 3 sons and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, running, photography and gardening.
